Resumen
El presente proyecto pretende como objetivo el rediseño interior y áreas verdes de la Escuela
Especializada Monserrat Morales Maruri para la educación y desarrollo de niños y jóvenes
discapacitados, esta institución educativa presenta deficiencias de accesibilidad al
discapacitado, desorganización espacial y ausencia de áreas verdes, careciendo de un
concepto de diseño o estilo que lo represente en base a las necesidades del alumno
discapacitado; mediante el estudio e investigaciones con bases científicas se ha logrado
encontrar soluciones a estas dichas problemáticas; con la adecuación del diseño interior tanto
en sus áreas de aprendizaje como el metraje cuadrado, color y ubicación del mobiliario y en
áreas exteriores generar accesibilidad y conexión directa hacia las distintas áreas desde el
ingreso del establecimiento en cuanto al área recreativa y zonas verdes se agregara
vegetación y huertos con plantas que desarrollen su capacidad psicomotora y habilidades
motrices permitiendo una relación directa entre el estudiante y la naturaleza.
