Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo principal analizar la importancia del autoconcepto en el desarrollo del pensamiento divergente en niños de 4 a 5 años del Nivel Inicial II. El autoconcepto son las percepciones que las personas tienen de sí mismas, potenciadas por la sociedad. El pensamiento divergente es la forma en que las personas buscan diferentes soluciones a problemáticas. Mediante la investigación bibliográfica se analizó las principales dimensiones que contribuyen al autoconcepto y el pensamiento divergente. La investigación de campo se llevó a cabo mediante entrevistas a la directora y docente de la institución y una encuesta a los representantes de los estudiantes. Los resultados respaldan la implementación de la guía para docentes con el fin de desarrollar el autoconcepto y pensamiento divergente en los niños mediante actividades lúdicas que les permitan la formación de su personalidad, fortalecer la autoestima y generar posibles soluciones de una manera creativa
The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the importance of self-concept in the development of divergent thinking in children from 4 to 5 years of age in Initial Level II. Self-concept is the perceptions that people have of themselves, empowered by society. Divergent thinking is the way in which people look for different solutions to problems. Through bibliographic research, the main dimensions that contribute to self-concept and divergent thinking were analyzed. Field research was conducted through interviews with the principal and teacher of the institution and a survey of student representatives. The results support the implementation of the guide for teachers in order to develop self-concept and divergent thinking in children through playful activities that allow them to develop their personality, strengthen their self-esteem and generate possible solutions in a creative way
