dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la actividad antioxidante in vivo de la harina de plátano obtenida a partir de los residuos de la cáscara, se conformaron 6 grupos de 4 animales cada uno; el grupo 1 sin tratamiento, 2 con vitamina A, 3 (solo inducción), 4, 5 y 6 en tres niveles de dosis diferentes; a todos los grupos se realizó la inducción de ácido acetilsalicílico y se aplicó la metodología TBARS donde fue necesario obtener la fracción enriquecida de la membrana del hígado de ratón, este fue sometido a estrés oxidativo para lograr la lipoperoxidación produciendo diversas especies entre estas el malondialdehído (MDA), se realizó la reacción con ácido tiobarbitúrico (TBA) dando un complejo color rosa, se determinó la concentración a 535nm. Finalmente, los datos de la cuantificación del MDA fueron analizados estadísticamente (ANOVA), observando la disminución del MDA donde a menor dosis presentó mayor actividad antioxidante | es_ES |
