Resumen
El objeto fundamental de estudio de la presente monografía es
evidenciar la importancia que tiene el perfil ideal del nuevo docente
profesional de bachillerato, como estrategia para la
profesionalización. El estudio de esta investigación se enfoca en el
ámbito de la educación a nivel de bachillerato. En la organización
temática se evidencia coherencia e hilo conductor, iniciando con el
concepto docente, se realiza un análisis de la evolución de la
educación y del docente, se definen escenario, características y
competencias docentes, se determinan la función del docente de la
sociedad de la información y los cambios en su labor, se describen
las bases legales e históricas en las que se fundamenta la educación
de bachillerato y se realiza el perfil ideal del docente.
Metodológicamente, la investigación es de tipo deductivo, no
experimental, retrospectivo y documental. Con el análisis detallado
de la definición del perfil del docente profesional de bachillerato se
realizará un importante aporte a la educación del país.
The fundamental object of study of the present monograph is to demonstrate the importance that has the ideal profile of the new educational professional of baccalaureate, like strategy for the profesionalización. The study of this investigation focuses in the scope of the education at baccalaureate level. In the thematic organization coherence is demonstrated and wire, initiating with the educational concept, is made an analysis of the evolution of the education and of the educational one, scene, characteristics are defined and educational competitions, determine the function of the educational one of the society of the information and the changes in their work, describe the legal bases and historical on which the education of baccalaureate is based and the ideal profile of the educational one is made. Methodologically, the investigation is of type deductive, nonexperimental, retrospective and documentary.
