Resumen
Los cambios sociales traen nuevos desafíos a la enseñanza
universitaria, transformando el Rol del Docente y exigiéndole
innovaciones tanto pedagógicas como tecnológicas. En esta
monografía se expone el nuevo Rol del Docente Universitario y su
importancia en el desarrollo de la educación, como factor
determinante de la eficiencia educativa universitaria, teniendo como
base los paradigmas de la nueva sociedad del conocimiento y de la
información. La exposición de los temas se realiza en forma
articulada partiendo de los conceptos y características de la
eficiencia educativa, la identificación de los agentes educativos, se
describe el contexto y la actualidad de las tareas de la docencia, y
cuales son los nuevos escenarios y los nuevos desafíos y retos a los
que se enfrenta el docente universitario, se describe la realidad de la
educación en el siglo XXI y determinan las competencias del docente
universitario. Se emplean los métodos de investigación cualitativa,
exploratoria, descriptiva y documental, por que permiten destacar
los aspectos de la investigación, analizar.
The changes of articles of incorporation bring new challenges to university education, transforming the Roll of the Educational one and demanding pedagogical innovations to him as much as technological and a multiplicity of functions. In this monograph one exposes the new Roll of the Educational College student and its importance in the development of the education, like determining factor of the university educative efficiency, having as it bases the paradigms of the new society of the knowledge and the information. The exhibition of the subjects is made in articulated form starting off of the concepts and characteristics of the educative efficiency, the identification of the educative agents, describe to the context and the present time of the tasks of teaching, and as they are the new scenes and the new challenges and challenges which the educational college student faces, the reality of the education in century XXI is described and determine the competitions of the educational college student. The methods of qualitative, exploratory, descriptive and documentary investigation are used, so that they allow emphasizing the aspects of the investigation, to analyze.
